You will receive a digital file. There will be no physical items.

Your commission will be posted unless you specifically request to keep it private.

I will start with your request once the full payment is done.

I can only accept payment via Paypal through Ko-fi.

Commercial fee is included in all prices. I just need credits and be informed on what will be used for.

Your request will be ready on 5-15 days.

The completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once I receive the payment, you'll receive updates every 1-3 days.

You will recive 5 main updates: Rough sketch - sketch - lineart- base colors - Shading ( Final).

You can requests for updates at any time.

You can ask for 3 row of changes on the Sketch phase and Base colors phase ( 3 for each step).

You can not request for changes in the lineart and shading step.

Once you approve a step, I can't go back to fix a previous one.

Once the final piece is approved and sent, I can't make more changes.

Once the piece is done, you will receive the Full size piece, Transparent .png and small watermarked version. I recommend to post the last one online.

If you have a specific or really close deadline, please let me know.

Once the final piece is approved, no more changes are included in the price.

If you request for extra changes after the piece is done, I will ask for extra payment.

For YCH Commissions, you can only requests for changes in the sketch step.

I can only make a full refund if I haven't started with your request.

I can make partial refunds on certain situations.

Once the piece is finished, I can't refund any amount.

Please make sure to answer to my updates. I will keep in touch as much as I can.

A tiny signature will be added in every piece.

Your commission price may increase depending on it's complexity: Number of characters, complex details, complex backgrounds, etc.

I always recommend to post small watermarked versions of your commissioned piece online.

Please don't use the requested pieces to train AI software or NFT content.

Base price includes just a solo character. Anything extra, like characters, pets, props and -slighly complex- backgrounds will add to the price.
